AP SSC RESULTS 2011
Tenth class results absolute grading system from this year...
SSC 2011 results will be released on 21 May Saturday 11.30 am. The director of government examinations said that the results will be released by K Parthasarathy, minister for school education. The SSC scores this year will be in the form of grades and not marks. From this year, the AP state government has introduced 'absolute grading system' for 10th class, Students will be given a particular grade based on their marks in the examination.
As per secondary education department issued a GO Rt No 119, GO stated that from SSC-2011, students who score between 92-100 marks in an exam will be given A1 grade. From 83 to 91%, the grade would be A2, 75 to 82% B1, 67 to 74%, it would be B2, 59 to 66% C1, 51 to 58% C2, 43 to 50% D1, 35 to 42% D2 and 34 and below E. The grading system introduced is similar to the one followed by CBSE.
Absolute grading is introduced as per the recommendations of the central government. Students this year will also be allowed to get photostat copies of their answer scripts.
