Name of the posts:
1. General Banking Officer – Scale IV: 100 vacancies
Pay scale: Rs 30600-900/4-34200-1000/2-36200
2. General Banking Officer – Scale V: 25 vacancies
Pay scale: Rs 36200-1000/2-38200-1100/2-40400.

Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is minimum 30 years and maximum 40 years for the post of General Banking Officer – Scale IV, minimum 35 years and maximum 45 years for the post of General Banking Officer – Scale V as on 31-03-2011, Reservation as per Govt rules.

Educational qualification: Candidates pass in Graduation from recognized university/institutes with 50% marks with CAIIB in both parts for the both posts. Experience is required.

Application fee: For general candidates Rs 500/-, (No fee for SC/ST candidates), pay through fee payment receipt in cash only at any Branch of Bank of India in the form of challan.

Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written examination and personal interview basis.
